Description:

Vinyasa flow follows your breath through various yoga poses. In this class, we'll build upon sequences, spending time to truly learn the correct posture before adding more poses. The sequences usually build up to a peak pose, which can range from warrior 3 to flying pigeon. Classes focus on loving where you are in your own body while also pushing yourself to that beautiful spot right outside your comfort zone.
