Dance Life is a fat positive, body positive dance studio offering belly dance, burlesque, ballet and cardio dance classes for adults. Join us in person, on livestream, or check out our on demand class library!

Dance is for ALL BODIES and we believe that you deserve access to joyful movement right now.

We warmly welcome participants of all genders, sizes, races, ages, mobility or ability level. If you have felt left out of a traditional dance or fitness space, we’re the place for you!

Dance Life is a community of people coming together to have fun, dance, maybe get some exercise or learn some technique if that’s a goal, and just enjoy moving. Take a break from the stress and get into your body with us.

✓ Links from Vagaro for livestream classes, don’t use them! We will email you Zoom links at least 15-20 minutes in advance of class, or up to a day before if you register in advance. We aren’t able to stop those links from coming with your registration confirmation. We apologize for the confusion! Please delete those emails and refer to an email from our staff entitled “Link for Dance Life Class Tonight”.

✓ If you have any issues with signing up for classes: let us help you! We’ll create your Vagaro account, sign you up for your classes, and send you an invoice. All you have to do is fill out our waiver, and then contact us and let us know what classes you’d like to register for! We’ll take care of the rest.
