Dance Life is a fat positive, body positive dance studio offering belly dance, burlesque, ballet and cardio dance classes for adults. Join us in person, on livestream, or check out our on demand class library!

Dance is for ALL BODIES and we believe that you deserve access to joyful movement right now.

We warmly welcome participants of all genders, sizes, races, ages, mobility or ability level. If you have felt left out of a traditional dance or fitness space, we’re the place for you!

Dance Life is a community of people coming together to have fun, dance, maybe get some exercise or learn some technique if that’s a goal, and just enjoy moving. Take a break from the stress and get into your body with us.

Announcements:

✓ Holiday Closures: All classes are closed from Sunday, December 21st through Friday, Jan 2nd. We resume our regular schedule on Saturday, Jan 3rd!

✓ Upcoming Session Restart Dates: This is when we start new routines, but you don’t need to wait to begin! These sessions are made to be dropped in on. Want to double check a start date or know more about what were doing next? Don’t hesitate to open up that chat box.

Adult Beginning Ballet starts a one month technique session on 12/3.
Belly Dance Fundamentals starts an easy, fun number perfect for those who are brand new to belly dance on 1/5. We’re currently in our technique series, which is particularly easy to drop in on, so don’t wait to start.
Burlesque Fundamentals starts a jazzy cane number on 1/6. We’re currently working on a classic striptease number.
Belly Dance Level Up starts a Turkish Oryantal number on 1/7. We’re currently in our technique series, which is particularly easy to drop in on.

✓ Recorded Classes Available: All of Arielle’s classes- Belly Dance Fundamentals, Burlesque Fundamentals, and Belly Dance Level Up- are available in our Teachable library. ✓ Links from Vagaro for livestream classes, don’t use them! We will email you Zoom links at least 15-20 minutes in advance of class, or up to a day before if you register in advance. We aren’t able to stop those links from coming with your registration confirmation. We apologize for the confusion! Please delete those emails and refer to an email from our staff entitled “Link for Dance Life Class Tonight”.

✓ If you have any issues with signing up for classes: let us help you! We’ll create your Vagaro account, sign you up for your classes, and send you an invoice. All you have to do is fill out our waiver, and then contact us and let us know what classes you’d like to register for! We’ll take care of the rest.
