Unleash your inner fire and embody confidence with Sensual Synergy.  This no-pressure, follow-along style dance class is designed to awaken your sensual energy and turn movement into a bold expression of self-love and self-acceptance.

Open to all bodies, ages, gender identities, and experience levels, this is a space to move freely, embrace your sensuality, and feel utterly magnetic… All without apology

Dance Life prides itself on being a safe space for all bodies to find joyful movement, especially those who have felt left out of a traditional dance class. We want to help you feel great and have fun moving and dancing in the body you have right NOW. Our classes are free from talk of diets, calories, or cosmetic benefits of movement. We focus on having fun, gaining new skills, and honoring our body as it shows up each day! We believe every BODY deserves access to joyful dance and movement.
