Part 1: Twerknique - Kellie and Nichole will break down your favorite booty pops, shimmies, and shakes. You'll learn proper form, lots of variations, and how to maximize the jiggle! Floortwerk is optional, knee pads recommended if you want to take it to the flo'.

Part 2: Twerkography - You'll get to put all the twerknique you learned together in a fun, sassy, booylicious routine. Use it at the club, perform it for your partner, or simply treat yo'self - you know you (and that fine booty) deserve it! Floortwerk also optional.
