Get silly at the Spoof-la! Join us when Dance Life opens its doors for a fun, family-friendly event. "Spoofla" is a play on “hafla”, which is the Arabic word for a get-together or informal party. On Sunday, October 20th, we're getting together to drum, dance and feast, with the option to do a silly (or serious) performance if you'd like! The doors open at 5pm and the dancing will begin at 5:15pm. Afterwards, stick around for the potluck and hit the dance floor to live music by our local Middle Eastern band, The Oudist Colony.
Bring a drum if you have one, clapping hands if you don’t. Bring food and drink to share. All genders welcome, plus kids of any age.
No registration necessary, just show up! ($5 donation recommended.)
